Many Abbey Johanna products are printed or produced especially for you after purchase. Production time varies by item, and original artwork or select pieces may ship separately from made-to-order products.

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout after your order ships.

Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages when they are produced by different fulfillment partners.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after production begins.

For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns & Order Issues

We want you to love what arrives. Because many items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer preference, or an incorrect size selected at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please email abbeyjohannallc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when eligible.

Original artwork and one-of-one pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the listing.
