ABBEY JOHANNA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our products and artwork. However, colors, textures, scale, cropping, finishes, and overall appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, production method, and materials.
Artwork reproduced from original hand-created works may naturally differ from the original in texture, color, scale, or printed appearance. These normal variations are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, materials, and specifications may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities offered.
Made-to-Order Products: Many ABBEY JOHANNA products are created or printed after an order is placed. Products may be manufactured and shipped through third-party production and fulfillment partners, including Printify and its network of production providers.
Personalized and Customized Products: Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted names, spelling, dates, wording, photographs, artwork, and other personalization details before placing an order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
ABBEY JOHANNA accepts orders for delivery within the United States and to selected international destinations. Availability depends on the product, variant, destination, production partner, and carrier and is confirmed by the shipping options presented at checkout.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. ABBEY JOHANNA reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Made-to-order and personalized products may enter production shortly after purchase, and cancellation requests cannot always be accommodated.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Products purchased through ABBEY JOHANNA are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise authorized by us.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, CURRENCY, TAXES & BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Prices may be displayed in local currencies where supported. Currency conversion, presentment, and payment availability may vary by destination and payment method.
Unless otherwise stated or shown at checkout, displayed product prices do not include shipping charges, applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other import-related costs.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information.
You represent that payment information submitted by you is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & CUSTOMS
Many ABBEY JOHANNA products are made to order and require production time before shipment.
Products within the same order may be produced in different facilities or countries and may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, service interruptions, production issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage or handling charges, or other import-related costs. Where applicable taxes or duties are calculated and collected at checkout, those amounts will be displayed before payment. Additional charges not collected at checkout may remain the customer’s responsibility except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Customs clearance and cross-border processing may extend delivery times. ABBEY JOHANNA does not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee customs-processing timelines.
If checkout does not offer a shipping method to a destination for a particular product or variant, that item is not currently available for shipment to that destination.
Tracking information will be provided when available. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays outside our reasonable control. If an order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the issue in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including artwork, illustrations, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, text, product designs, written content, video, audio, and the arrangement of such materials, are owned by or licensed to ABBEY JOHANNA and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork, print, product, or other item from ABBEY JOHANNA does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or intellectual property.
Unless ABBEY JOHANNA provides prior written permission, our artwork, photographs, designs, graphics, and other creative works may not be reproduced, digitized, copied, commercially modified, distributed, resold as digital content, used to manufacture merchandise, licensed, or otherwise commercially exploited.
ABBEY JOHANNA creative works may not be used for artificial-intelligence training, machine-learning datasets, generative-model development, automated content generation, or similar commercial data-processing purposes without prior written permission.
No purchase grants reproduction rights, merchandising rights, licensing rights, or commercial-use rights.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by ABBEY JOHANNA.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not control or monitor.
Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of third-party tools is at your discretion and may also be governed by the terms of the applicable third-party provider.
Future tools, features, or resources offered through the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain links or functionality provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, policies, products, or services of third-party websites or providers.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
ABBEY JOHANNA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, purchases made through our Store are made directly with ABBEY JOHANNA.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and ABBEY JOHANNA, including injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased through ABBEY JOHANNA.
To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from transactions between you and ABBEY JOHANNA.
